Founder Formula
Effective Date: October 8, 2026
Last Updated: October 8, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Founder Formula.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Founder Formula website, educational materials, business assessments, resources, and related online services (collectively, the "Website").
The Website is operated by [Full Legal Name of Website Operator] ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") under the Founder Formula brand, in collaboration with Hands On Angel and T1 Atlas.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website.
2. About Founder Formula
Founder Formula is a business development methodology and educational platform designed to help entrepreneurs understand and navigate four stages of company development:
-
IDEA: Validate the opportunity and establish a business foundation.
-
BUILD: Develop, test, and launch products or services.
-
GROW: Acquire customers, generate revenue, and establish repeatable growth.
-
RAISE: Prepare for and pursue appropriate capital opportunities.
Founder Formula provides educational content, assessments, resources, and opportunities to connect with business advisers and execution partners.
The Website does not guarantee that any business will achieve a particular outcome, advance to a particular stage, generate revenue, secure financing, or become commercially successful.
3. Educational and Informational Purposes
The content provided through Founder Formula is intended for general educational and informational purposes.
This includes videos, articles, business frameworks, assessments, recommendations, downloadable materials, and other resources.
Website content does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, securities, or other regulated professional advice.
Although Founder Formula may provide business strategy and operational guidance, general Website content is not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your specific circumstances.
You are responsible for evaluating information and making your own business decisions.
4. Founder Stage Assessment
The Founder Formula Stage Assessment is an interactive educational tool designed to help users evaluate their current business development priorities.
Assessment results are generated using predefined evaluation criteria based on information supplied by the user.
By using the assessment, you understand and agree that:
-
Results are estimates and recommendations, not definitive evaluations of business quality, financial condition, or investment readiness.
-
Results depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.
-
The assessment does not independently verify business performance, revenue, customer traction, or other claims.
-
Assignment to IDEA, BUILD, GROW, or RAISE does not constitute certification, accreditation, or professional approval.
-
Assessment results may not reflect every factor relevant to a business's development or fundraising strategy.
-
Founder Formula may modify its assessment questions, methodology, scoring rules, and recommendations over time.
A result indicating RAISE does not establish that a business is qualified to receive financing or that any investor will consider or fund the business.
Users should exercise independent judgment and seek appropriate professional guidance before making significant business or financial decisions.
5. Strategy Sessions and Business Inquiries
Founder Formula may offer introductory consultations, Strategy Sessions, discovery calls, or similar opportunities to discuss business goals and potential services.
Booking or participating in a Strategy Session does not automatically establish a consulting relationship, partnership, fiduciary relationship, agency relationship, or other professional engagement.
Any paid or ongoing engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement identifying the applicable service provider, scope of work, fees, responsibilities, and other relevant terms.
Founder Formula reserves the right to decline service requests or determine that a particular engagement is not an appropriate fit.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, preliminary conversations and general recommendations do not create an obligation to provide services or achieve particular outcomes.
6. Services Provided by Collaborating Organizations
Founder Formula may introduce users to services offered by Hands On Angel, T1 Atlas, or other collaborating professionals and organizations.
These services may include business strategy, advisory support, technology development, marketing, growth operations, and fundraising preparation.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in a separate written agreement:
-
Each service provider is responsible for the services it independently agrees to deliver.
-
Website content does not establish joint ownership, partnership liability, or shared contractual responsibility among collaborating organizations.
-
No collaborating organization is automatically obligated to perform services solely because it is referenced on the Website.
-
The identity and obligations of the contracting service provider will be established in the applicable service agreement.
References to collaborations, partnerships, or shared methodologies on the Website do not, by themselves, create a legal partnership or joint venture.
7. Fundraising and Investment Disclaimer
Founder Formula may provide educational resources and business advisory services related to fundraising preparation, investor communications, business planning, financial presentations, and capital strategy.
Unless expressly stated otherwise under a separate agreement and supported by applicable legal authorization, the Website and its general educational services do not offer securities, solicit investments, execute securities transactions, or provide registered broker-dealer or investment advisory services.
Founder Formula does not guarantee:
-
Access to investors or financing sources.
-
Investor meetings or introductions.
-
Acceptance into an accelerator, investment fund, or other program.
-
Completion of any fundraising transaction.
-
A particular valuation, investment amount, or financing outcome.
Any fundraising-related services must comply with applicable securities laws and regulations.
Users are responsible for obtaining appropriate legal, financial, and regulatory advice before offering, selling, or purchasing securities.
Nothing on the Website should be interpreted as an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security.
8. Intellectual Property
The Founder Formula name, branding, website design, original content, educational materials, assessment structure, proprietary frameworks, graphics, videos, written materials, and other original works displayed on the Website are owned by or licensed to the Company or their respective rights holders.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Website availability.
13. No Guarantee of Business Results

Business outcomes depend on numerous factors outside Founder Formula's control, including market demand, competition, execution, economic conditions, available resources, and founder decisions.
Examples, case studies, testimonials, or descriptions of previous projects are provided for illustrative purposes and do not guarantee comparable results.
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, we make no promise regarding:
